Domain Alias

A domain alias provides a way to point multiple domain names to the same email address. This is useful for a variety of reasons, from allowing you to point multiple domain name extensions (.com, .net, .org for example) to the same email address, to allowing you to make use of abbreviations of your company name.

Anti-Virus Protection

All emails sent to email accounts provided by Internet Connection, Inc. are scanned for viruses on the server side, preventing emails containing viruses from reaching your inbox.

Spam Filtering

No one likes spam email. Spam is distracting, it invades our privacy, and consumes our time – a valuable commodity for all of us. All of our email and web & email hosting packages provide spam filtering for every email account you create.

Dedicated IP Address

A dedicated IP address is important for e-commerce websites; it is necessary if you wish to use a dedicated SSL certificate for your site. Having a dedicated IP address is advantageous for email hosting as it can prevent you from being identified as a sender of spam email; if you were using a shared IP and another user of that IP were to send spam email, mail servers might identify your email accounts as spam email senders as well. We provide dedicated IPv4 addresses at no additional cost upon request. Simply fill out the field on the order form explaining why you need a dedicated IP address, and we will provide you with one.
