How long will it take for my account to be created?
Under normal circumstances, the process typically takes only a few hours; however, it may take a little longer if there are difficulties in receiving compensation. Even with this, we do guarantee setup within 24 hours.

What can I host? May I host adult sites?
You may host any site that you’d like through our services; however, the content does have to be legal in the United States as we are an American company. Also, be certain that uploaded content is in compliance with our Terms of Service (TOS) and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Am I able to host Internet Relay Chat (IRC) services?
Yes, you may host Internet Relay Chat (IRC) services. We only allow these services to be hosted on a case-by-case basis. With that, it is encouraged that you contact us in order to avoid any confusion or discrepancies.
