NetConsole
Included with our Hosting Package is the NetConsole - your administrative control panel for account management. NetConsole gives you the power to quickly carry out routine mail administration tasks on your account without requiring any type of serverside intervention. With its convenient web- accessible interface, NetConsole enables you to readily:
- Add/modify email accounts
- Enable/disable SVFilter spam filtering on selected mailboxes
- Create/modify email forwarding addresses
- Set autoresponders on mail boxes and email forwarding addresses
- Construct and manage mailing lists
One of the first of its kind in the hosting industry, NetConsole still provides the convenient administrative access you expect and makes email system management a breeze.
EmailAdmin
The emailAdmin was designed in-house (like all of our products) and is exclusive to Internet Connection. Like the other administrative tools and features that come bundled with our web hosting packages, the emailAdmin was created to provide more control and greater convenience to our customers.
EmailAdmin is a Java-based application that provides user-level administrative access to their email account. It provides regular email users a means to:
- Modify their own email password
- Edit and enable their own autoresponders
- Schedule autoresponders for vacations etc.
- Set up their own email forwarding for their mail box
The webmaster or website administrator can still perform these functions via the netConsole, however, the emailAdmin provides user-level control to where individual users can make modifications only affecting their own email account without requiring site administrator access or intervention. This frees the webmaster or administrator from having to take time to perform these routine user level tasks for your Users.
Should you prefer to maintain the control of these tasks, the ability to enable and/or disable emailAdmin is built into the netConsole.
Webmasters: If you're providing branded versions of Internet Connection's products to your clients, branding of the emailAdmin is also available to you.
