Support/ Unix Technician
Full time position in our Easton, Maryland location which specializes in website hosting and development.
Qualifications/Special Skills/Knowledge/ Abilities include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Understanding of Linux operating systems a must
- Understanding of Internet Services (web, email, telnet, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff in a problem-solving environment
- Able to work under pressure and work proactively.
- Ability to answer phone calls and make calls to customers.
- Must have strong work ethic, friendly, reliable and punctual.
You will need strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize. Proficient with online and other resources for software and hardware research and troubleshooting a must. This is a 24/7 environment therefore you will be on call for emergencies. salary is based on your level of experience and abilities.

In the past we have been seeing rapid grown of our business mainly from the referrals of clients that we have done work for here on the Eastern Shore.
